Getting started
Register your company, confirm the email we send you, and you are running: the trial lasts 60 days, needs no payment information, and every function is available. Invite your team from the user administration - each person receives their own invitation email.
Pricing
We charge per active user and month: Base 1.99 EUR (time tracking, holidays, absences, teams, calendars), Advanced 3.99 EUR (adds document management incl. payslips, user import and advanced reports) and Professional 4.99 EUR (adds the payroll and CSV exports and single sign-on through your own identity provider such as Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace). On top comes a base fee of 9.90 EUR per company and month; there is no minimum number of users. All prices are net, plus VAT. See Pricing for the details.
The trial ends on its own after 60 days - it never turns into a paid subscription by itself. Shortly before the end we ask you whether you want to continue; costs arise only once you book a package. During the trial you can cancel at any time. A booked package runs month by month and can be cancelled with two weeks' notice to the end of a month, by e-mail to kontakt@boocloud.de.
