Signing in
Sign in with your email address.
How the sign-in works
Enter your email address first. What happens next depends on your organisation: most people are asked for their boo.time password. If your organisation has connected its own identity provider — Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace or another OpenID Connect provider — you either get a Sign in with … button next to the password field, or you are taken straight to your organisation's sign-in page and come back signed in. If you already know your password, you can enter both at once: Sign in with a password below the form shows both fields from the start.
Administrators of an SSO organisation
When your organisation requires single sign-on, the page sends everyone
on your domain to the provider. An administrator who keeps a boo.time
password as the emergency access (the break-glass exemption on the
company settings' Single sign-on tab) opens /login?usePassword=1
— the Sign in with a password link — to sign in with it. Such a
sign-in is recorded in the audit trail.
Trouble signing in?
Use Forgot password to request a reset link by email. If your organisation signs in through its identity provider, the email tells you so instead of carrying a reset link — sign in there. If your company's trial has expired, sign-in is blocked — the responsible administrator will know. New companies register via the Register page.
