How it works

Enter your email address. If an account exists, a reset link is sent to it — for security the page answers the same way either way. The link is valid for a limited time.

Organisations with single sign-on

If your organisation requires you to sign in through its identity provider, there is no boo.time password to reset: the email you receive says so and points you to the login page, where your email address takes you to the provider.
